The Luminae TuffCuts holder has a hook backside, so you can slap it on any loop panel on your gear. The holder can also be attached to MOLLE/PALS webbing with the buckles at the top and bottom of the holder, even sideways. Additionally this holder can be wrapped around a shooter’s belt (with a loop backside) or be conveniently stowed under larger pouches.

This trauma shears holder even has elastic loops on its sides for carrying additional items like a marker pen and a small flashlight.
