Finnish/German M35 steel helmet #1
A German made M35 Stahlhelm with a Finnish liner, chinstrap and typical green paint applied over the old colour. Size marked 58, which might be pretty close to reality.

A German made M35 Stahlhelm with a Finnish liner, chinstrap and typical green paint applied over the old colour. Size marked 58, which might be pretty close to reality.
On the inside, faintly visible underneath the Finnish paint are the original German factory markings (factory code and dome size). Condition as pictured, in other words quite good, with no defects. Apparently this specimen was worn by a Finnish artilleryman, judging from the writing. Not sold as any real protective equipment.
