A real WW2 era Finnish artillery officer's uniform. Probably not a field uniform judging the fancy appearance and good condition.

Note! The boots pictured are not included!

Tunic

Made of diagonal wool and fully lined. Artillery lieutenant's rank tabs on the collar. The sleeve cuffs have been modified by removing the button adjustment.

According to the tag in the inside pocket this is made by I. E. Seligson's military clothing tailor in Helsinki for a lieutenant Känkkälä (?) in 5.6.1944.

Condition

From the outside the tunic is in superb shape, but the inside collar has some very strong wear. See the pictures.

Trousers

Diagonal wool, with red officer's stripes on the sides. Other features include a watch pocket and under-leg straps and button-up cuffs. The back V-slit has been sewn shut.

Condition

In very neat condition, with just very few small holes and stains.

Size info

The size is comparable to EU 46 Short (US 36S). Would fit a person about 170-174 cm tall, 92 cm chest and 80 cm waist. Of course none of this matters if the uniform is meant for display only.
