A laughably simple, seriously robust thermos bottle, just the kind you would have to pay at least double the money new, provided you could find one. Dutch army surplus.

Comprises of one litre bottle, plastic cap and a cup on the top, all screw in effortlessly and stay there too. Friction surface around the center of the bottle to provide grip. Simple and functional.

Weight 880 grams / 31 oz, measurements 31 x 11 cm / 12" x 4.5". Fits the side pockets of many a rucksack!

Condition

Used, but in nice overall shape, probably even washed too. However we suggest scrubbing this clean one more time just to be sure.

I would recommend for a friend

High quality, very sturdy flask, the cup/screw top is a good capacity. To note Mine had 1/2inch a scratch through the plastic layer, and a Finnish flag marked on which looks pretty cool. Performance is still fine.

It's a great design, it is very sturdy and well built. Mine had a lot of use, and the bottom of the cap the plastic bit above the white rubber ring was cracked and missing a piece. I only noticed when every time I would open the thermos there was tea/liquid in the cup lid section... So it was leaking and letting steam out, meaning it wasn't fully sealed. I still love it and will be buying a second one to replace this already damaged one - as it was still staying hot for a few hours - and that is better then standard thermos.

I would not recommend to someone who is scared of taking the risk, however if you're lucky you will get one that does not leak and will be just awesome.

A simple, but good thermos bottle. Mine was slightly used (just one minor scratch), but I'm disappointed that it lacks the friction surface, since that was one of the reasons I bought it in the first place. I'm kinda surprised that Varusteleka forgot to mention there are different models, like it usually does.
