Czechoslovakian motorcycle rain jacket, brown, surplus
Oh oh oh, if you're looking for a brown leather jacket but made of vinyl (!), get a load of this Czechoslovakian jacket! A relic from the wonderful world of surplus, this jacket is tough, probably waterproof and really cheap for what it is.
Standard collar, button-up front and two pockets. Insides lined with a "pleasant" fabric. These might actually be motorcyclist's jackets and as such are actually pretty "cool" and "hip" like the kids these days say.
Vinyl is actually a very good rainwear fabric, as it does not disintegrate with age. The vast collections of Varusteleka's employees include an American WW2 raincoat made of vinyl and worn a lot, still completely waterproof and usable. Many already know this: when you insert a vinyl garment into a record player, it starts to play.
Sizes in the Czechoslovakian system, with our estimates for user's height and chest circumference in centimetres. The cut is slightly generous to allow warm clothing worn underneath.
Our model is size 175 / 98 cm and wears size 50 in the pictures.
Completely unused, but old and stored for a long time. Just wear this to shower and it'll look as good as new, maybe. Some of these have taped seams, and those seam tapes have often times come off due to the age.
