Blackhawk Water Bottle Pouch, green, surplus
The age of canteens is certainly not over. Here's a modern pouch for pretty much any 1-liter/qt canteen. Hydration bladders aren't mutually exhaustive with these: rather they complement each other.
- Sold 1 pcs in the last two weeks.
- Discontinued product.

Elastic mouth and mesh bottom for effective draining. The lid can be tucked behind the canteen to retain the bottle with webbing and leave the bottle cap visible.
Side-pouch for water purification tablets or small accessories.
Size: 13 x 18 x 7.5 cm (5" x 7" x 3")
PALS size requirement:
- 3 columns
- 4 rows (attaches to three)
Unissued British surplus
These are as new, some even in their original packaging. Made by Blackhawk! for the British armed forces. Manufactured in Vietnam.
At least for this price, these can't be beaten if you want to assemble a high-quality kit for demanding use. Availability in the future is uncertain so act now.

Pikkutasku on sitten oikeasti pieni, itselle se on lähinnä toiminut pienenä roskataskuna. Referenssinä siihen ei mahdu esimerkiksi suunnon kompassi tai myslipatukka.

In fact, if you bought the "Dutch thermos bottle, surplus" which is now gone and unlisted, this will snugly carry that green beast, which is about 9.5 centimeters in diameter. If you want a specific external pouch on your MOLLE pack or belt for practically any bottle, this is the best thing you'll find on Varusteleka, I put one on the front of my Sarma TST CP10.
Also, despite mine appearing to be unissued, the side pocket contained two Energizer AA batteries that expired in 2009, and an IR reflective black & white US flag patch like you often see on actual armed forces uniforms. Somebody used this somewhere, but it took no visible damage.

SA kenttäpullo mahtuu hyvin, jenkkipullo vielä paremmin muttei kuitenkaan kenttäpullon kupin kanssa.
Sivutaskuun mahtuu just eikä melkein pieni wildon taittokuksa ja kuksan sisään vedenpuhdistustabletteja mielin määrin.

The way it is described is misleading: no way you are going to fit a 1 liter canteen. I tried even tried with a Nalgene Oasis and you can eventually get it in but you need an extra pair of hands to get it out and the lid of the pouch barely closes.

Nalgene Oasis fits nicely but cover is held by strap, not Velcro. Excellent condition and clean except for two small streaks of mud…
‘Dear God: please let it be mud…’
