The sorta "Medium sized" pouch is meant for carrying 6 pcs of 40 mm grenades and for this purpose there's six elastic loops on the inside – definitely good for sercuring all kinds of thingies other than grenades. The pouch has a strong hook-n-loop closure and a mesh bottom for drainage.
