Materials: Kydex and EV50 foam rubber

Padding material about 1 cm thick EVA foam, protective cap made of Kydex, with a matte coating on top. These are also flexible from the mid-section. The upper strap is elastic, the lower one isn't. Both have Arc'teryx quick release buckles. These should fit everyone, the excess strap can and probably should be "hidden away" as we did.

Hyvät suojat tositoimiin, ressuhommiin, kuulatoimintaan ja miks ei ihan mihin vaan, näiden ohi menee vain housuihin integroidut polvisuojat mallia Crye. Puol tähteä pois koska mikäli alahihnaa ei ensin kiristä kunnolla saattavat nämä valahtaa polvelta nilkkoihin ja pari kertaa on jompikumpi hihnasolki auennut rymytessä mutta nämä on henkilökohtaisia kokemuksia.
Mikäli polvisuojat hakusessa niin suosittelen ostamaan, parempaa vastaavan mallista polvisuojaa markkinoilta ei löydy ja hinta-laatu suhde on loistava. Arc'teryxin tuotteeksi nämä ovat halvat.

Meille jaettiin intissä näitä vapaa-ehtoiseen käyttöön ja olin ihmettynyt, kun huomasin miten kalliita nämä ovat verrattuna muihin polvisuojiin. Muuten mukavan tuntuiset ja helppo kiinnittää, mutta niiden ongelma on se, että suojat jatkuvasti liukuvat pois polvista aina kun liikut ja tulet liikkumaan armeijassa melkoisen paljon.

Itse suosittelisin katsomaan jotain muuta mallia. Ehkä saattaa mennä varastotöissä tai jossain pestissä, joka vaatii polvistumista kovalla maalla vähällä liikkumisella, mutta en suosittelisi näitä edes airsoftiin/paintballiin, saati mihinkään rauhanturvaajan tai reserviupseerin pestiin kentällä.

5 points for the product, but another 5 points for the ultra fast delivery.. after the parcel was initially sent out late, after one chat, the product was delivered from Finland to Germany within 24 hours! in time for an event on the weekend, just as planned . Kudos to the customer service !

Moniin polvisuojiin verrattuna paljon sirommat, eli vähemmän hiostavat. Myöskin vähemmän topatut, joten polvistuminen kovalle pinnalle ei ole ihan yhtä luksusta kuin paksumpien suojien kanssa. Mutta kun kompuroin kesken rastin ja tulin polvi edellä betonille kaikki varusteet päälläni, kiitos tämän polvisuojan ei käynyt yhtään mitään. Suosittelen siis näitä todella lämpimästi!
Itselläni ei ole ollut mitään ongelmia näiden päällä pysymisessä, vaikka olen käyttänyt näitä 8 tuntia putkeen ja tänä aikana liikkunut kävelemisestä täyteen juoksuun asti.

Laadukasta kamaa, oikein puettuna pysyvät tukevasti jalassa pidemmälläkin patikkaretkellä rajoittamatta liikkuvuutta. Sopivat kanssa kevytratkaisuna moottoripyöräkäyttöön, jos täyttä panssarointia ei viitsi ihan jokaisella kauppareissulla pukea päälle (kaatuminen testattu). Pieni miinus itsekseen löystyvstä soljista myös paikallaan seistessä, vaikka löystyminen kestääkin kauan ja kiristäminen tasan kaksi sekuntia.
