Placing an order

Just use the webshop to place your order. It's the easiest way for both you and us. Our webshop will automatically detect your country by your IP address. The prices and currencies of the products and shipping options are changed accordingly. If you need to change the destination country, you can do it from the drop-down menu on the top right of the page.

Unfortunately, we do not offer wholesale at all at this time.

Shipping and tracking

You'll find that our shipping prices are reasonable and the rates are fixed. The shipping rates are shown in the shopping cart. In reality the shipping is more expensive than what you'll be paying, but we'll make up the difference.

Approximate delivery times (weekends and holidays are excluded):

  • Sweden: 2-6 work days via Posti / DHL Servicepoint
  • Europe: 2-6 work days, EU countries via local postal services and other European countries via DHL Express
  • North America: 7-30 days via local postal services (Finnish Posti, USPS and Canada Post) or 2-5 days via DHL Express
  • Rest of the world: 7-30 days via DHL Express

Prices and taxes

Prices are affected by whether or not you order inside the European Union (outside the EU you don't pay VAT). In Finland, like most other countries in EU, we have VAT, Value Added Tax. It is nominally 24 %. The simplest way to figure this out is simply to use the drop-down menu above and you'll see all prices and shipping as you get them.

EU residents might think they pay more, but that's not the case - if you order outside the EU, you will usually have to pay local VAT and whatever customs duties your country might charge. Please note that all customs fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility. The value of our package will be listed directly on your package or transmitted digitally as required by custom authorities. Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as "gift", "sample", "educational" or lower the values.

Payment

We accept payment via PayPal and Solinor Payment Highway (Visa and Mastercard). We offer also Payson and Svea Invoice for Swedish clientele.

Restricted items

We do not deliver abroad following items: Gun replicas, deactivated guns, gun parts, magazines, deactivated grenades, batteries, aerosols. We know this sucks, but the Itella and all other companies will not carry them, because there are RULES. There is precious little we can do about it..
