We're even better at customer service - now you can chat with us!

We installed a customer service chat. It's visible on the very left side on the page, you have to tilt your head 90 degrees to read the label. Gray colour means we're offline, blue means we're ready to chat. This should come handy to international customers, as the language barrier is much lower on written correspondence.

Please note of course, that this is purely for customer service, if you want somebody to ease your loneliness, go and find out what IRC is.
