The question is: does it have to be new made, military grade quality kit, or would cheaper army surplus do the trick? If it says "Särmä TST" it's made with modern military specs in mind. Used army surplus is of course tough and affordable, but be careful, many people are pretty picky about what they want to own. A gift card always works if you're not sure.
